organize and navigate their health in partnership with their
family, healthcare providers, and health plans.We are seeking a
seasoned Consumer Engagement Digital Marketing Manager to evolve
and lead our consumer engagement strategy at Quil. This role will
report to the Editorial Manager and will be accountable for the
campaign strategy and management to drive engagement and retention
of consumer users while having flawless execution of regulated
communications.Position Description --- Manage all consumer
engagement campaigns from initial concept to deployment, adhering
to all regulations governing communications within healthcare ---
Partner with product and engineering teams on mobile marketing
campaign requirements and audience segmentation --- Work
cross-functionally with marketing, content editorial and design
teams to create engaging and personalized email, SMS, push
notification and in-app messaging campaigns that increase channel
performance and consumer loyalty to Quil --- Serve as the SME for
Braze, the marketing automation platform, and channel owner
ensuring all email and mobile marketing practices adhere to best
practices and guidelines (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.) --- Manage daily
operations for all campaign execution including the development of
email HTML templates --- Optimize campaign engagement and
conversion through continuous A/B testing --- Introduce
communication mechanisms to keep all stakeholders aligned on
prioritizations of engagement initiatives --- Ensure use of best
practices in grammar, messaging, writing and style in line with
Quil brand and style guidelines --- Own, drive and report key
metrics related to campaign performance and consumer engagement,
maintaining, and analyzing weekly and monthly reports --- Monitor
and log any bugs impacting the consumer experience and effectively
get these issues resolved --- Identify gaps in consumer retention
initiatives to enhance and develop engagement strategies ---
Partner with product and engineering teams to build a personalized
contact strategy and preference center, creating customized
engagement campaigns and new audience segmentationsQualifications
--- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of digital
marketing & CRM experience --- Healthcare industry experience is
preferred --- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
(e.g. Content, Product, Engineering, Marketing) --- Ability to
utilize A/B testing to test, optimize, and rapidly improve a
campaign --- Proficient with Google Analytics and Microsoft Office
(word, excel, powerpoint) --- Strong familiarity or expertise in
the Braze platform --- Meticulous attention to detail, organized
and strong project management skills --- Ability to work
independently with minimum supervision, prioritize projects and
multi-task to meet deadlines --- Must have a demonstrated history
of successfully managing complex projects --- Understanding of
relevant regulations governing digital communications within
healthcare --- An ability to work under tight deadlines
