the Role:We are looking for an ambitious, articulate, Marketing
Manager that will contribute to the growth of our business through
content writing, event planning, creative designs for marketing
materials, online digital marketing strategies, and brand
promotions. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build out
the marketing strategy for our organization.This is a remote
position where you still feel connected to your team and are part

themselves. This position reports to our Director of Channel
Marketing.Responsibilities: --- Craft and develop marketing
content, website copy relating to brands, and SEO content
- Development and launch of marketing campaigns and
communications in Hubspot, testing headlines and subjects
- Use data analytics to assess the engagement results of
marketing campaigns and to enhance future marketing
initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams and
individuals across the organization
- Manage Social Media presence, schedule posts in Hubspot, track
social analytics, engage as DSI online (Twitter, LinkedIn,
etc.)
- Manage and track visitor traffic to the company website and
social media channels
- Assist in the design of marketing collateral for our teams to
use at events and maintain items
- Proactively explore engagement and behavior data to identify
trends and opportunities
- Proficiency in thinking strategically and using quantitative
analytics to support business decisions
- Partner with third-party vendors to collaborate on digital and
content marketing strategies
- Facilitate the organization of channel sales events to ensure
hotel, registrations, profiles, decks, logos are completed on
time
- Manage the content and events calendar to ensure that all major
events and campaigns are documented About You:

evolving business landscapeQualifications & Experience: --- Have a
bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Marketing
- 2 -4 years of relevant experience in marketing
- Strong experience with email marketing platforms, account/CRM
structure, and email deliverability best practices
- Excellent time management with attention to detail from
inception through execution
- Ability to understand the big picture while focusing on the
day-to-day execution
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills; also work well
independently
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and people influencing
skills
- Familiar with key sales tools: Salesforce.com, HubSpot,
