SUMMARY Product Marketing plays a critical role at J.P. MorganChase Healthcare Payments. We commercialize and launch new and enhanced healthcare technology products by partnering with our Product Management and Development teams. We play a strategic role within the organization by preparing key departments for launch by building new processes to streamline business operations. In addition, we partner with Sales and Marketing teams to build out product content that resonates with the market, train our Sales team, develop positioning and messaging for Marketing to broadcast our story. The Product Marketing Associate position will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end launch of new and enhanced technology products. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience communicating clearly, moving initiatives forward in line with company goals, building new processes to streamline business operations, and developing strong product content. We are searching for a candidate with a tremendous amount of passion and tenacity in the growing business of healthcare payments. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree or higher 3+ years of experience working with technology solutions Presentation and public speaking experience Superior writing and communication skills Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office Healthcare and Payments industry experience a plus Strong analytical strategic thinking and communication skills Self-starter, effective at prioritizing tasks, managing time, expectations, and getting things done PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the end-to-end product launch project to successfully launch new or enhanced products, including but not limited to the following activities: Track progress toward key milestones and goals Support the execution of go-to-market strategy by ensuring operational readiness, documenting end-to-end process flows, and understanding the dynamics of the competitive market for our technology solutions Communicate effectively and actively across stakeholders including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Operations Create product content to support go-to-market activities including value proposition, feature details, ROI, demo instructions, etc. Be the voice of the customer based on insights from customer feedback, sales results, competitive insights, and prevailing market trends JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
