Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Manager oversees the online marketing strategy for the agency's clients by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to manage social media, paid search, SEO, CRM, email, etc. Clients include food & beverage, hospitality, gaming, retail, and technology.Responsibilities* Optimize the use of digital measurement tools and customized dashboards to quantify the impact and return of traditional, direct and digital marketing initiatives.* Work closely with Account Services, Digital, Social Media and Media teams to make specific and actionable client recommendations.* Demonstrate industry knowledge/expertise across all media, specifically online and search engine marketing.* Evolve digital media planning and buying capability.* Identify, develop and deliver high-value interactive strategic marketing consulting.* Write and deliver media strategies and oversee the translation of these strategies into the final media recommendations/plans.* Analyze client's strategies lead overall vision for business modeling and business case development.* Monitor and identify unique opportunities for revenue growth and/or market awareness to respond quickly to dynamic marketplace and client needs, react to competitive pressures and dynamics, and identify new and changing market opportunities.* Identify, assess, and implement strategic organizational capabilities and partner initiatives in a profitable manner.Requirements* 3-5 years of agency or related industry experience that provides an understanding of advertising, marketing, media, creative, production, public relations, research, social, digital, agency finance, etc.* Strong background in digital, including digital display, video, mobile, social and viral media, integrated partnerships and online advertising, branding campaigns and PR/acquisition campaigns* Self-starter and self-motivated, with the ability to provide solutions without supervision* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously* Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/Pinterest/TikTok expertise required* Enthusiastic with excellent verbal and written communication skills* Mac literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Keynote)* Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment* Organized, has attention to detail and able to multi-task* Experience in client facing roles* Strong leadership capabilities* Proven ability to educate, train, and persuadeSend resume and cover letter to info@think-traffic.com
