Nerd Street Gamers provides an opportunity for gamers to gain experience in competitive esports competitions, and they also are home to a community of like minded amatuer competitiors.IN SHORTThe Social Media Specialist will focus on pushing out content that targets our Localhost locations by developing and curating engaging content for social media platforms.What We Are Looking For* Manage all social media accounts Twitter, Facebook, Instagram* Engage with the community across multiple platforms Reddit, Discord, Social media, Twitch* Produce media content and coverage for NSG/LH events from videos and gifs to photographs* Provide continuing assistance to all departments in need of social media or community engagement* Write and edit copy for social media marketing* Analyze and organize all data collect from social media for marketing* Work within marketing department to support company initiatives* Assist with all marketing events and global NSG events as neededRequirements* Proven work experience as a Social media coordinator* Expertise in multiple social media platforms* In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics* Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)* Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels* Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively* Excellent communication skillsBenefits* Health Care (medical, vision, dental)* Short and Long Term Disability * Life Insurance* Generous PTO and Holiday Availability * Parental Leave* Equity Eligibility * Flexible Work Schedule & Remote Opportunities
