Job Description:

Job DescriptionOur client (ESI Equipment, Inc.) is an equipment supplier that is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant with a background in Accounts Payable and Inventory to work at its Montgomeryville, PA office. This position will be Full-Time, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm with an hourly rate of $16.00. Position Summary: Under general supervision of the Controller, the Administrative Assistant will have the following responsibilities: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:*Answer and direct incoming phone calls from automated phone system.*Responsible for processing vendor invoices in a three-way match process.*Produce weekly payable analysis.*Charging expenses to accounts and cost centers for expense reports and credit card statements.*Maintains records by scanning and filing documents.*Assist with Inventory control; analyzing inventory items and identifying discrepancies.*Process and maintain files for Royalty and commission reports.*Special Projects assigned by the Controller. The qualified candidate will also be required to assist with other departments within ESI such as Marketing, Sales, and with Inventory control. SECONDARY DUTIES:*Assist with trade show activities.*Assist with customer leads.*Ordering apparel.*Maintaining company issued device agreements.*Assist with Marketing campaigns as needed.*Data entry for newly implemented programs. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Preferred:*Associates Degree in Business Major. Required:*High School diploma or GED equivalent.*Working knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping principles.*2 Years Accounts Payable experience with an understanding of inventory.*Minimum 2 years QuickBooks Enterprise experience.*Must be Skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets and MS Word.*Must have professional communication verbally and in writing.*Ability to work in fast-pace and high-volume environment.*Must have excellent work habits, attention to detail, and be highly organized.*Maintain vendor and customer relationships.
