Job Description:

Job DescriptionWe have an immediate need for a Administrative Coordinator at a leading company conveniently located in Chalfont, PA. This is a full time direct hire opportunity.Job Duties Include:

  • Provides support in gathering, maintaining, and sorting through all documentation requirements by customer request
  • Handle customer requests; handle manifests
  • Distribute customer tracking reports; including LTL, Parcel and customer specific reports
  • Data Entry of shipments into system as well as communication with the tendering party that the order was received
  • Bill of lading proofing: Notify customer service of any pallet changes to address rate, as well as updating system
  • Maintains rapport with customers, managers, and employees by revising and updating contacts; researching and developing new services and methods; setting priorities; resolving problem situations
  • Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communicating solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets that are updated in real-time
  • Provides support in answering and correctly routing incoming phone calls.
  • Assist with departmental projects and various other administrative duties, as assigned by managementJob Requirements Include:
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 2-3 years administrative, billing, invoicing and/or reporting skills/experience required.
    • Strong analytical skills and sharp attention to detail; including accurate data- and numbers-entry skills.
    • Ability to organize/prioritize work in order to productively and efficiently meet deadlines.
    • Professional presence with the ability to diffuse difficult situations, and problem-solve effective solutions.
    • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, with solid customer service experience.
    • Keen interpersonal skills; and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
