Our client, a leading healthcare benefits organization, is seeking a Enrollment Benefit Representative or Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: E nrollment Benefit Representative Location: Roseland, NJ Pay Range: $20-$23 hourly Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM What's the Job? Assisting members with enrollment-related inquiries Processing enrollments accurately and timely Understanding and applying rules related to determining and qualifying eligibility What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in healthcare administration or related field preferred. Experience in medical claims processing or customer service within a healthcare setting. Knowledge of medical terminology, coding (ICD, CPT), and billing practices. Strong communication skills and professionalism in handling sensitive inquiries.
