Job Description Job Description Responsibilities: Review all documents related to the closing process, including lender closing instructions and conveyancing READ/REVIEW Closing disclosure settlement statement REVIEW documents for recording Be familiar with PA tax and municipal liens Document preparation: Drafting and reviewing all transaction-related legal documents, including deeds, settlement statements, mortgages, and purchase agreements. Transaction coordination: Acting as a central point of contact for buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents to ensure the process stays on schedule.
