Medical Device Compensation The pay for this position is $30.00 per
hour. Complaint Management Specialist ??? Medical Device Highlights
This is a contract position with potential for long-term
assignment. Schedule: Monday???Friday, standard business hours
Location: 100% Onsite at 7 Loveton Circle, Sparks, MD 21152
Complaint Management Specialist ??? Medical Device Responsibilities
Perform administrative data collection and entry into Excel
spreadsheets. Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone,
email, and mail with both internal and external customers. Route
inquiries to the appropriate departments; follow through on
resolution when multiple teams are involved. Document and maintain
detailed records of communications, contact information, and
actions taken. Make outbound calls to confirm receipt of field
action notices by healthcare facilities. Navigate complex
organizational structures in large medical facilities to ensure
delivery of important notifications. Support compliance with
internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Escalate
complex or unresolved concerns to management. Perform other duties
as assigned. Complaint Management Specialist ??? Medical Device
Requirements High School Diploma required; Associate degree
preferred Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills required. 1???3
years of customer service or complaint intake experience required
Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices,
pharmaceuticals) is a plus. Familiarity with 21 CFR820, ISO 13485 ,
or other quality regulations is preferred. Excellent verbal
communication and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and able to
work independently with minimal supervision. Complaint Management
Specialist ??? Medical Device Onsite Work Requirements Ability to
work onsite Monday through Friday Must be comfortable working in a
cubicle office environment. Ability to sit for extended periods and
use standard office equipment. Must maintain regular and
