Job Description:
Office Coordinator role supporting a small investment office.
This role also supports the Office Manager and assists with
reception and facilities. Client DetailsInvestment advisory group
focused on collaboration and communication. Description
- Maintain general cleanliness of the office, especially in
conference rooms, at reception, and common areas
- Oversee kitchens: appliance cleaning and daily maintenance,
track and order supplies, spot clean, run dishwashers
- Order, track, and put away supplies and snacks
- Reconcile monthly credit card report
- Prepare new hire desks
- Assist with Event Planning, including venue research, food &
beverage selection, decorating, booking, and ordering, etc.
- Assist with food deliveries and conference room set ups
- Share Wi-Fi information for guests
- Greet and manage guests upon arrival
- Register visitors and book conference rooms
- Answer and route calls
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages
