We are seeking an experienced, -Concierge/Receptionist -to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. Canvas Valley Forge is a luxury community for active adults ages 55+ where designing and fostering an exceptional lifestyle experience for our residents is at the center of everything we do. Our proprietary lifestyle program, the LIFE, is the framework for our environment of growth, creativity, fun, friendship, and independence. Our beautiful, modern apartments, coupled with premier amenities and the LIFE program, offer residents so much more than the status quo. We build our teams with talented, motivated people who have a passion for service and the drive to create an outstanding living environment for our residents.Responsibilities:

• Greet all visitors to the property, assist them with their visit
• Coordinate vendors visiting the site (mail, deliveries, etc)
• Answer the telephone, resolve accordingly
• Monitor cameras and door access ensuring a high level of safety for our residents
• Complete administrative/offices tasks as assignedSuccessful candidates have a high level of energy, outgoing personality, and likes people (especially seniors). This is a luxury property and candidates are expected to dress accordingly. Must be well versed in Microsoft Office products and be willing to learn other things, especially computer programs/software.We are seeking a fulltime candidate for weekdays and may need a part-time person to work weekends (9am-3pm).
