Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The Workflow Orchestration Admin monitors and modifies the Workflow Orchestration Engine. This position is involved in keeping these systems operating and making necessary changes to protect against system outages. This position is also responsible for building No or Low Code Applications and Workflows to facilitate the processes of business operations while following the development guidelines of IT. Day to day responsibilities will include: creating and updating Workflow Orchestration systems' settings and rules, creating and monitoring workflows and applications, updating documentation, and ensuring that projects and requests remain in scope and on time. The Workflow Orchestration Admin will also resolve rule engine issues in collaboration with other support teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES --- Write and maintain workflows and no/low code rules --- Create and enhance ongoing the workflows and no/low code rules for the workflow orchestration engines aimed at business operations, projects, system releases, and compliance/regulatory changes --- Monitor the workflow orchestration systems for issues and problems --- Create rules, processes, and workflows to expand and maintain the workflow orchestration engines --- Ensure updates and corrections are well documented and easily understood --- Release updates and corrections in accordance with posted release schedules --- Ensure that all project documents are safely kept and accessible for future reference --- Carry out routine testing of software patches --- Monitor queue to ensure that all necessary orders are checked and released on time --- Complete special tasks as assigned by manager as needed or required SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES --- Excellent verbal and written communication skills --- Pragmatic --- Aptitude for using technology to their advantage to find solutions --- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. --- Extensive problem solving capabilities --- Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented --- Work on projects that are of significant impact to the business --- Demonstrate effective: o Troubleshooting o Analytical and critical thinking skills o Workflow understanding and development TECHNICAL SKILLS --- MS Office Suite 2013 and greater o Excel o Word o Outlook o PowerPoint o MS SharePoint o Visio --- Workflow Orchestration Engines EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: --- Advanced workflow design --- Bachelor's Degree preferred. Will consider commensurate work experience in lieu of degree --- Minimum of 4-year mortgage lending experience or equivalent --- Preferred: o Loan Origination Systems experience o Workflow Orchestration Systems experience CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE This position requires the employee to be exposed to sensitive and confidential information, both technical and informational in nature.
