Job Description:

A well-capitalized Private Holding Fund with interests in Automotive, Finance and Pharmaceutical companies is seeking a full-time office Manager/Administrator. The role is fit for a mature professional who should come to this role with zeal and desire to constant learning. You will be expected to spend time to become familiar with all aspects of the business. Office/clerical experience is required. You must be comfortable in client facing roles as well as dealing with Managers and senior executives across board. You are expected to set the tone and be known for being proactive and decisive, effective, and fiscally responsible. We expect the individual to be able maintain and protect operations by keeping information confidential and a knack for paying attention to detail. If you have self-discipline to complete tasks and takes initiative to do what needs to be done, we will love the opportunity to speak to you.Roles/Responsibilities:-- Learn the various State and Federal agencies systems that requires licenses to coordinate and complete licenses/permit applications to keep all entities in compliance.

  • Establish, and maintain highly organized filing system; files correspondence and other records Completes basic clerical duties including filing, faxing, copying, data entry, etc.
  • Performs labor and payroll reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Responds to all communication promptly and professionally; redirects all communication as needed
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Have Effective organization and time management skills and use of independent judgement to handle incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of General Partner, CEO, and other senior executives.The Ideal Candidate must haves/able to:-- Willingness to be trained in multiple job functions and flexibility to perform in all those functions.-- Multi-task and manage multiple projects
    • Have Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Work well independently, stay organized, and take directionJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hourSchedule:
      • 8 hour shift
      • Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:
        • Lansdale, PA 19446: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:
          • Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:
            • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
            • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
