Barbera's Autoland is looking to hire a Part Time receptionist to join their automotive team
Job Responsibilities:

Recent promotions have opened up a position for a part time Receptionist here at Gary Barbera's on the Boulevard and its BarberaCares Program. You will work with your divisional leader as well as other members of the sales, service and parts departments of the Gary Barbera Company, a 3 Decade Family owned and operated dealership within a familial, supportive, fast-paced space with bountiful opportunities to continue growing your career.

  • Greeting the showroom customers and assisting them by providing the information needed or referring them to the correct staff member
  • Operating the telephone switchboard by answering incoming calls, transferring callers to appropriate personnel, taking messages and using the paging system
  • Documenting customers who come into the dealership, noting basic demographic information and contact information
  • Performing general administrative duties, such as taking care of plants and straightening magazines, to maintain the lobby or reception area
  • Receptionists/telephone operators are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards Job Requirements: Key Requirements and Duties:

    - Answer incoming telephone calls with a Smile through the Phone.
    Consistently, Hospitable First Impression representing the Barbera Brand
    -Answering telephone inquiries such as driving directions, guidance to Barbera Brand websites and thoughtfully transferring calls and taking Real Time messages as needed to support the guest client experience as well as directing callers for the BarberaCares Programs.
    - Greet, welcome back, and thank guests and clients as well as provide direction if needed.
    - Ability to effectively communicate with a smile while multi-tasking automotive related clerical duties, maintaining confidential records/reports, receipt deposits and payments, dispense important documentation and vehicle ownership items , and work on special projects as requested.
    - The usual computer skills - ability to utilize MS Office, web based training, and adeptness to learn database systems and programs necessary for position.
    - Hours are Part Time - must be available for nights and Saturdays.
