Lead Administrative Associate position supports the Talent &
Diversity COE team as well as the HR Business Partner team for
Global Support Functions within Organon. Human Resources strives to
create a unique employee experience and to enable the values and
culture of Organon. The Talent & Diversity COE comprises learning
and development, talent acquisition, talent management, diversity
and inclusion, and workforce analytics. The Business Partner team
provides HR support to human resources, finance, business
technology, and operational shared services.The primary activities
include and are not limited to the following:Work requires the
coordination and performance of multiple tasks while understanding
the project principles and technical skills related to own work
assignments.Work priorities and activities are reviewed with little
supervision and often involve confidential information.Assists in
the preparation of materials for executive / Board of Directors
involving sensitive information.Produces/completes various work
assignments requiring advanced analytical ability, independent
judgment, and problem-solving skills.Schedules domestic and
international travel; facilitates foreign travel documents (e.g.
Passports, visas); prepares travel and expense
reports.Communication Skills must be at a level to effectively
interact at all levels, from top Organon executives to front-line
employees.Partners across the executive administrative support
network (e.g., for calendar management)Reviews, proofreads, and
helps distribute communications to all Organon employees. Maintains
a calendar of planned communications.Coordinates special
projects.Supports the management and tracking of department
budgets.Summarizes data and prepares reports and
presentations.Interacts with external vendors and processes their
contracts and invoices.Cover for other administrative assistants as
needed.Education:High School DiplomaAdvanced education or
certifications such as (e.g. Certified Administrative Professional,
Project Management Professional Certification, Professional in
Human Resources Certification)Required:Minimum of (10) years
Administrative Assistant experienceMinimum of (5) years
Administrative experience supporting Sr. Directors /
ExecutivesAdvanced computer skills using (MS Outlook, Word, Excel,
Power Point) and operation of other peripheral devicesDemonstrated
experience scheduling and coordinating complex, multi-leg domestic
and international travel. Experience processing Visa/Passport
ApplicationsSAP or related system experience processing Expense
Reports, Purchase Orders, Payment Requests. Vendor Add Forms, as
well as running reportsAbility to handle and prioritize a large
number of simultaneous assignmentsEvent Planning/Coordination
experienceExtraordinary attention to detailOutstanding
communication and people skillsBudget/Finance Management
experienceHigh degree of professionalism and sound
