Aerotek has an excellent opportunity for anAdministrativeWarehouseSupervisor a client in the Burlington County, NJ area. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to distribution center operations and staff.This includes the daily supervision of 1 or more direct reports. This position is a permanent placement with full company benefits and retirement. Responsibilities:

• Supervises team of 1-3 employees which are responsible for allocation work orders from order management over to the warehouse floor team
• Responsible for ensuring all bill of ladings are processed, shipped, and closed out properly
• Reports daily shipping numbers and key indicators around daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial performance
• Is the subject matter expert on all office processes and system driven functions (SAP) - responsible for training new office employees / temporary workers
• Handles routine internal customer calls dealing with status, expediting details, tracking numbers and other customer service related issues
• Assist warehouse manager with routine operational, scheduling and special projects
• Acts as a distribution center liaison with all other departments
• Follows all guidelines while completing work assignments and dutiesExperience/Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, administration, supply chain, accounting, finance, or related fields preferred
  • 3+ year of warehouse, administrative, customer service or support experience
  • SAP / EWM experience preferred
