The Assistants role will provide administrative support throughout the entire Reverse Mortgage process. They provide direct support to the local manager and are also responsible for client/partner management, corporate communications, and marketing functions as assigned. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who is capable of multi-tasking and managing a diverse workload within a fast-paced business environment.Qualified Candidates Will Possess:

Strong Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, PowerPoint, Outlook, InternetExcellent written and verbal communication skills Strong desire to learn and teachable personalityStrong organizational and project management skillsCapacity to work independently with ability to manage and accomplish multiple tasksJob Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and implement events includes securing venues, managing budget, creating materials, ensuring packages are complete, monitoring registration and compiling reportsAnswer incoming phone calls and evaluate appropriate next stepsCommunicate regularly with Financial Advisors and other referral partners; provide appropriate resources and educationManage local managers expenses, travel arrangements and accommodations as necessary Assist in design creation of marketing materials, informational handouts, letters, blog posts, and emailsTrack and monitor the status of various Sales Programs and prepare reports and data as necessaryWork as a liaison between customers, Sales, and Operations departmentsMinimum Requirements:
Associates degree or higher, with corresponding experience in office/organizational managementOne to three years pertinent administrative office experienceBase pay is $36-40K plus potential bonus opportunities!--
