Services include comprehensive planning and advice, investment management, brokerage, private banking, estate planning strategies, trust, and both individual and institutional retirement.The Administrative Assistant 2 position will support the Private Bank in the Philadelphia market.? Responsibilities include screening and selectively handling phone calls; creating various correspondence;? coordinate complex meetings and travel arrangements;? prioritize and manage daily emails;? prepare expenses;? proxy for various internal systems;? privy to sensitive information as it pertains to the LOB; assisting with budgets;? supporting and facilitating larger projects requested by others: Marketing, and Facilities teams. Will work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM,? Concur, Time Tracker,? and SharePoint.Job duties:

  • Communicate and interact? with Wells Fargo management, and occasionally with customers and referral sources
  • Compose complex and/or confidential correspondence to internal and external clients and business partners
  • Develop familiarity with callers and maintain fine-tuned sense of priority of callers and time sensitivity of matters
  • Plan and execute internal special meetings
  • Acts as an information source on departmental/business unit policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure all office equipment and operations are fully functioning.Additional duties may include:
    • Compiling information and preparing moderately complex reports using appropriate software.
    • Balancing routine general ledger lines and/or expense accounts.
    • Assisting with personnel/payroll processing and record keeping.
    • Answering questions regarding business unit policies and procedures.
    • May work closely with both internal and external customers to meet their service needs.
    • May be responsible for providing support to the business line staff in the areas of reporting, customer/business documentation, sales and service goals.
    • May monitor and assist with forecasting monthly budget. Performing special projects as requested.

      Required Qualifications
      • 1+ years of clerical experience demonstrated through work or military experience

        Desired Qualifications
        • Financial industry experience
        • Wealth management experience
        • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
        • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
        • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

          Other Desired Qualifications
          • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
          • Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment
          • Experience supporting mid to senior level managers
          • Experience managing complex calendaring and expense reports
          • Experience managing personal and confidential company materials with sensitivity and discretion
          • Must be highly focused and results oriented in supporting complex, deadline driven operations, exercise sound judgment and problem solving skills.
          • Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and complete projects with limited direction
          • Demonstrated ability to speak effectively and confidently with all levels of management
