Job Description:

Position Summary: Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Nurse-Family Partnership program, providing administrative support to staff and supervisor for Nurse-Family Partnership, generating reports and maintaining documents.Principal Responsibilities:

  • Supports organizations mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers.
  • Inputs Nurse-Family Partnership data in a timely and accurate manner into the web-based information system; complies with or assists in the compilation of statistical information for special reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Inputs and processes referrals into web-based referral system.
  • Performs program support tasks and general clerical functions such as organizes forms; photocopies; files; scans; orders and maintains program materials and educational handouts.
  • Provides data-related support; client surveys, municipality; record and track program expenses.
  • Coordinates meetings, conferences and program client events.
  • Performs general clerical functions such as sort, route, and distribute mail; type material from typed or handwritten copy; prepare correspondence, reports and other documents.
  • Compiles and maintains a variety of resources. May participate in community outreach activities such as distributing program brochures and retrieving client referrals as delegated by the supervisor.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA regulations.
  • Adheres to the organizations policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.Job Competencies & Minimum Qualifications:
    • High school diploma required
    • 2-3 years work-related experience
    • Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite required
    • Ability to manipulate and present highly accurate NFP program-related data and statistics.
    • Ability to multi-task and work independently a must
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
