Job Description Job Description Salmon, Ricchezza, Singer & Turchi LLP is seeking an attorney that is looking for a change from the traditional large insurance defense firm rigors. SRST has dynamic leaders who recognize and respect each attorney's unique skillset and strengths. We cultivate an atmosphere of collaboration and support which allows attorneys to successfully manage both their cases and their time leading to a more balanced practice. SRST has been in existence since 2004 and currently has 30 lawyers. This size allows us to provide the resources and room for growth of a large firm with the culture and flexibility of a small firm. We have a diverse practice representing both insurance companies and self-insured entities. We have litigated cases in just about all areas of bodily injury and property damage defense from traditional premises liability matters to explosions, electrocutions, brain injuries, wrongful deaths, fire losses, 50 vehicle pile-ups, bridge collapses, plane crashes, construction defects, governmental liability, dram shop, and product liability. After appropriate in office training, the candidate will have the ability to work partially or completely remote. The Firm also offers a referral bonus program and a 401K match. Candidate must have at least 2 years of insurance defense experience. PA and NJ bar admissions are required or ability to waive into these jurisdictions SRST has been in existence since 2004 with no layoffs or furloughs during COVID.
