Due to continuous growth, our team is looking to bring an experienced Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director to join our team! Must have 10 Years of Public Accounting Experience (with a CPA firm) and be located near Ellicott City, MD. In return, we are offering a competitive salary of $160k-$300k (Depending on Experience), Full Benefits (including Health, Dental, Vision, 401k Match, etc.), Annual Bonuses, Generous PTO, and Paid Holidays. What You Will Be Doing - Reviewing tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates - Planning and managing personnel - Maintain client relationships - knowledge of clients and all faucets of the client's business - Recommend/identify tax strategies that better position a client - Mentoring: Tax Associates, Seniors, and Managers What You Need for this Position - Must have 10 Years of Public Accounting Experience (with a CPA firm) - Located near Ellicott City, MD - Experience working with complex returns and client's businesses in the range of (or around) 25M-600M in average revenue NOTE: We like to set our team and employees up for success so this position is fully in the office for the first 6 months - 1 year max. Then the position switches over to more of a hybrid schedule.
