Experienced Senior Risk Analyst proficient in SQL, Python, or
PySpark 3-5 years of analytics experience working as a risk/data
analyst in Credit or Fraud Risk or Collections Remote-first

manage exposure, improve customer engagement, and continually
manage fraud strategies. Simply put, we work to improve existing
customer usage while minimizing losses. As a Senior Risk Analyst,
youll spearhead the analytics for initiatives to enhance our
Repayments and Collections strategies and optimize the associated
costs through innovative solutions and A/B testing. Your role
involves leveraging advanced analytics to drive actionable insights
and develop go-to-market strategies. Youll monitor high-performance
metrics, stay abreast of industry trends, and collaborate closely
with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives. With ownership
over Risk governance and analytics, youll thrive in a collaborative
environment where end-to-end ownership is key. Interesting problems
you’ll get to solve • Lead the analytics on initiatives to improve
repayment rates in the short term and long term, and optimize
costs. • Develop insights capabilities to monitor performances and
proactively identify trends and anomalies. • Optimize Zip’s
external debt collections strategy, monitor agency performance, and
work closely with the vendors. • Enjoy end to end ownership of your

collaborative environment. • Partner closely with key stakeholders
across the organization to drive high-visibility strategic
initiatives. What you’ll bring to the team • 3-5 years of
experience in Credit or Fraud Risk or Collections, with expert SQL
skills and a passion for analyzing data in the Risk domain. •
Proven analytics experience working as a risk/data analyst. Prior
experience in the financial services or lending industry is a
must-have. • You are data-driven, eager to understand the numbers
and provide meaningful insights. You can influence decision makers
with a proactive approach to drive results and improvements across
the business. • Advanced knowledge of SQL is a must, knowledge of
Python or PySpark is preferred. Experience on data visualization
tools like Tableau or PowerBI is a plus. • Growth mindset and
eagerness to apply AI tools to streamline workflows and improve
day-to-day efficiency • You have strong written and verbal
communication skills with the ability to adapt to different
audiences. • You are self-organized with the ability to operate
independently and prioritize effectively. • You enjoy working in a
fast-paced environment where competing priorities and ‘test and
