The VP - Manager of the Security Operations Center (SOC) will
oversee the operations and performance of a highly skilled team
dedicated to safeguarding the organization's technological assets.
This leadership role in the financial services industry requires

of the Security Operations Center (SOC) to ensure continuous
monitoring of cybersecurity threats. Develop and implement security
protocols, policies, and procedures to address emerging risks. Lead
a team of analysts and engineers, providing guidance and
professional development opportunities. Oversee incident response
efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security
breaches. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the
organization's overall security posture. Conduct regular risk
assessments and recommend improvements to existing systems. Stay
informed on industry trends and regulatory requirements in the
financial services sector. Prepare and present reports on SOC

should have: A strong background in cybersecurity, specifically in
managing security operations centers. Proven leadership skills with

management. Experience working in the financial services industry
is highly preferred. Knowledge of industry regulations and
standards such as PCI DSS, NIST, or ISO 27001. Excellent

all levels. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are an
