Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Health Equity Specialist
responsible for ensuring compliance with health equity regulations
and implementing culturally appropriate services.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage programs to maintain compliance with contracts
and regulations
Develop strategies and policies for culturally and linguistically
appropriate services
Represent the health plan to regulators and accreditation agencies,
and manage community advisory committees
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology, Social Work, Medical
Anthropology, Public Health, or related field; Master's
preferred
5+ years of experience in government, health, or community
programs
Experience in managed care preferred
Knowledge of compliance regulations and health equity
initiatives
Experience in developing and implementing health programs
