Job Description:

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for reviewing and preparing the financial reports, budgeting and forecasting, preparing capital expenditure and consolidated reporting as well as the audit schedules. This will also include analyzing the financial statements and allocating expenses. -Responsibilities -

• Track and review capital expenditure, budgeting and forecasting on a monthly and yearly basis.
• Review the financial transactions -
• Prepare and record the month-end journal entries, prepare the sub-ledgers and roll-forward analysis for related general ledger (GL) accounts, and reconcile the GL accounts
• Handle the analysis of the company's revenues, financial obligations and commitments and current -costs to help with future projections
• Prepare the consolidation schedules
• Monthly forecasting -
• Ad-Hoc projectsQualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting and/ or finance
  • CPA designation or progress towards CPA designation preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarize and document work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Must be detail-oriented with the ability to manage many tasks and projects simultaneously without missing deadlines
  • Must be highly organized with a passion for operational efficiency and excellenceCompensation:Salary range of $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 depending on experience -
