Job Summary :
Urban Engineers is seeking qualified individuals in the Philadelphia Office to join the Accounting Department as our Accounting Assistant. This position will provide support to our accounting department.
Responsibilities

• 
  
• 
  Input Vendor and subconsultant invoices for processing.
  
  
• 
  Scan and digitally file all vendor and subconsultant invoices.
  
  
• 
  Generate and enter daily cash deposits.
  
  
• 
  Review employee expense reports to ensure appropriate back is provided.
  
  
• 
  Additional tasks as needed.
  
  
  Job Requirements :
  
  • 
    
  • 
    High school diploma
    
    
  • 
    Bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred.
    
    
  • 
    1-2 years' experience in accounting
    
    
  • 
    High level of knowledge in MS Excel
    
    
  • 
    Organizational skills
    
    
  • 
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
