Our people, technology and best practices improve and automate highly complex business processes middle and back offices- while facilitating customer experience transformation.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Paralegal/Attorney to function as a Legal Cost Analyst to review legal invoices in the Legal Solutions Suite (LSS) to ascertain compliance with our customers' Legal Billing Guidelines. Essential Job Functions:

• Request and review documentation from the law firms and review appeals from the firms on our decisions.
• Act as the liaison between our customers, typically Property and Casualty Insurance Carriers, and their law firms.
• Achieve weekly and monthly goals regarding the number and dollar amount of the law firm invoices that they must review.
• Become proficient in the analysis of one customer's legal spend and then expand to include Basic Qualifications:
  • Paralegal Certificate and/or JD from ABA accredited University.
  • Zero to 3 years' experience working in a law firm.
  • Familiarity with the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry in the United States. Other Qualifications:
    • Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer interactions effectively.
    • Attention to detail and ability to accurately enter customer information.
    • Familiarity with insurance industry practices and procedures.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Work environment:
