Assist in the development of product cost standards including labor and overhead rate calculations and absorption reporting. Support the development of annual master budget and manage actuals versus budget and variance reporting for management review. This position reports to the Controller. Responsibilities:Oversee and manage daily financial operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and banking activitiesManage team to complete month-end closing process for timely and accurate reporting to stakeholdersPrepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAPMonitor and analyze ERP process controls and recommend improvements for best practices adherenceAnalyze and maintain labor and overhead rates with Controller to support accurate product costingAssist Controller with the development and implementation of accurate product cost standardsManage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to maintain cashflow efficienciesEnsure tax filing obligations are completed accurately and timelyReview balance sheet reconciliations and P&L account analysis to ensure accuracy and completenessComplete consolidating activities for the month-end closing processAssist Controller in the development of annual master budget and manage monthly reporting to department managers for effective oversight of controllable costsOversee development and reporting of CAPEX spending and provide explanations on actuals versus project budgetsProvide ad hoc reporting to department managers as needed to support financial and operational KPI achievementsManage team to support annual year-end audit engagement ensuring timely completion of PBC request list and appropriate follow-up as neededPerform other duties as assigned Knowledge, skills, and abilities: Must demonstrate the ability to manage a team of direct reportsMust be able to work effectively and collaborate with department managersMust be detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and adhere to deadlines Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum of 5 years of managerial experience in manufacturing space requiredStrong working knowledge of ERP systems requiredMS Office experience is required with advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups, etc.) PM21 PI206793518
