Job Summary
About the Team
Compensation is CHOP's single biggest expense and a primary driver
of whether employees join or feel valued by an organization. The
Compensation team consults with business leaders to ensure this
massive investment in the people who come to work at CHOP is
allocated equitably and sustainably, and that the programs we
develop meet the needs of our ever-changing business and
workforce.
About the Role
This role is an opportunity for an individual who is both
analytical and collaborative to be a part of measuring, improving,
and building CHOP's Compensation programs and processes.
This position will work alongside a group of Compensation
Consultants to learn the discipline and provide analytical and
technology administration support.

Required Education and Experience
Required Education: Bachelors Degree
Preferred Education, Experience & Cert/Lic
Preferred Experience: Prior work experience in Human Resources or
Finance.
Prior experience working with HRIS systems or Kronos.
Additional Technical Requirements
To carry out its mission, CHOP is committed to supporting the

As a condition of employment, professionals working onsite-at any
CHOP location, for any portion of time-must be vaccinated for
COVID-19.
CHOP also requires employees who work in patient care buildings to
receive an annual influenza vaccine. Employees may request
exemptions for valid religious and medical reasons. Start dates may
be delayed until candidates are immunized or exemption requests are
reviewed.
