Technology InfrastructureTechnology Infrastructure supports and delivers enterprise infrastructure services that enable our Wells Fargo customers globally. It is responsible for enterprise-wide infrastructure services across the global footprint, including networking, production services, storage, data centers, mainframe, midrange and Cloud-based systems, distributed systems, and international infrastructure. Hybrid Environments Security Leader Reporting directly to the Head of Hybrid Environments, the Hybrid Environments Security Leader will drive the development and delivery of Wells Fargo's Hybrid Environments Security Strategy across on-premise virtualization, and private and public cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS). This will include the development and implementation of the Hybrid Environments Security Framework and Hybrid Environments Governance standards. This senior leader will collaborate across Business/Technology teams to ensure cloud deployments adhere to all aspects of the Hybrid Environments Security Framework and security requirements.This executive will not only lead efforts in the design, build and deployment of security solutions, but will also partner with other groups designing, building and deploying their own solutions in support of the overall cloud effort. This executive will need to balance the need for speed and flexibility of cloud while ensuring Wells Fargo is protected against ongoing and potential security threats. This person will be responsible for Wells Fargo's strategy to address the continuously changing environment of cloud cyber security and to understand/synthesize radical ideas and solutions. This leader will also be directly involved in the engineering output of their team. Specifically you will: * Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your employees feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.* Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented employees, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing employees, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.Required Qualifications* 10+ years of software engineering experience* 8+ years of experience with strategic planning in technology* 8+ years of experience with managing software development projects through complete release cycles* 8+ years of leadership and people management experience in a large-scale technology environmentDesired Qualifications* A Masters degree or higher in computer science or engineering* 8+ years of experience with Agile practices* 5+ years of experience with systems architecture and design* 5+ years of experience with modern software engineering technologies and tool sets* 3+ years of managing a 100+ FTE engineering organizationOther Desired Qualifications* 5+ year experience leading Security Engineering teams* Extensive experience in Executive Leadership overseeing cloud security programs* Significant experience building and maintaining effective partnerships with Technology Controls, Technology Risk and Audit groups* Experience with/knowledge of: * Vulnerability management scanning and management tooling, and Compliance scanning and remediation tooling; Prisma, Dome9, DivyCloud, etc.* Cloud/Container security - large workload protection; NIST (Fedramp) and CSA frameworks, Istio, calico, etc.* Automation: Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD* Private Cloud - experience with Kubernetes, PKS/Tanzu, and GKE* Public Cloud - experience with GCP/Azure/AWS* Strong ability to communicate complex technical, information protection issues and value/impact in simple terms to very senior business and technology leaders.* A high level of comfort working with ambiguity or uncertainty and converting information into quantifiable concepts* Strong executive presence, the ability to interact and communicate with C-level executives and regulators* Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage numerous, competing demands from internal and external stakeholders* Strong leadership and influencing skills within a complex, matrixed environment; able to gain support and cooperation and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members to achieve results without direct organizational control* Demonstrated experience in managing strategic planning processes, initiatives and teams thinking about business, product, and technical challenges* Strong ability to effectively communicate and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities* Understanding of how traditional Fortune 100 companies must modify/adapt to take on large-scale transformation efforts* Finance sector security experience or other regulated industry (e.g. utilities, health care, government)* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent military experienceDisclaimerAll offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
