    • 6 + years' experience in business valuation (2+ at Top Accounting Firm Preferred)
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organize data, analyze financial information, and make appropriate recommendations to team members.
    • Oversight of junior associates to ensure their career progression through on-the-job training
    • --Proficient in financial modeling including experience building models from scratch in MS Excel
    • Preparation of financial statement analysis, public company and industry research
    • Knowledge of CapIQ, Bloomberg and other valuation software
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under strict deadlines
    • Experience presenting findings to team members, third parties and defending analysis with facts and confidence
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy focused output. This candidate should have concentrated--financial reporting valuation experience and strong experience with fairness/solvency opinions. This would include--Equity valuations, Purchase price allocations, Goodwill impairments, Solvency opinions, and Equity Allocations (Option Pricing Models). The--Valuation Analyst will be involved in many aspects of financial valuation and advisory services to a variety of clientele. In addition they will be responsible for advisory and valuation engagements to analyze potential liquidity options available to middle-market companies.
