oversee all accounting and finance functions for the organization*
Significant interaction with executive management team and Audit
Committee* Oversee the preparation and filing of quarterly and
annual financial statements as requires by the SECRequirements:*
Bachelor's degree in Accounting* 7+ years of experience in a
publicly traded company* Great communication skills* CPA
