Summary Develops, manages and supports products, policies and procedures for direct indexing and tax management solutions programs. Primary responsibility for all investment related aspects of direct indexing-related products including product research, implementation, portfolio construction, trade review, risk management, and performance. Essential Duties& Responsibilities

• Key decision maker for direct indexing and related products
• Participate in all aspects of direct indexing product development
• Implement, manage and monitor all direct indexing and related products
• Establish direct indexing trade workflow
• Assist in full integration and oversight of tax management solutions platform from proposal generation to client reporting
• Manage junior personnel within direct indexing and tax management solutions group
• Provide market commentary and insights
• Assist sales and marketing through development of advisor/client materials and development of new materials
• Participate in presentations, conference calls, conferences
• Work with Product, Wealth Advisory, and Investment Departments to help set overall direct indexing and tax management strategy Qualifications
  • Team player with strong quantitative, analytical, communication, organizational and managerial skills
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in global financial markets. Hands-on direct indexing money management experience and ability to raise new money preferred
  • In depth understanding of capital markets, fee-based asset management business, portfolio construction, tax optimization and risk management
  • Advanced degree in Finance or similar. CFA required MBA a plus
