Business Unit: Job Summary:We are seeking a candidate to Join the Billing Governance groups Billing Statement & Platform Management team. This team is responsible for supporting large scale enterprise-wide projects focused on optimization of the customer experience through the monthly bill statement and statement environments. This dynamic, cross functional team works to design, build, map, implement, monitor and maintain legal compliance requirements of the statement platform while proactively conducting triage to resolve data issues among Billing systems and UI's; overseeing statement platform governance framework to support the implementation of simplification and standardization of policies and processes; while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement in communications.The ideal candidate will have strong skills in quality assurance metrics, data entry, SQL and triage, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with others. This person will have a high focus on Automation/Database projects, including quarterly cleanup projects, data analysis, recommendation of action to be approved by leads and QC support of legal and regulatory governance activities and communicationsThe objectives of the organization:

  • Drive performance improvement through diagnostic design that evaluates the effectiveness of inter-related processes.
  • Deliver solutions to improve the experience of our internal employees and customers.

  • Manage solutions to meet organizational metrics and SLAs for operational improvement.
  • Identify and support the development of new capabilities.Core Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate on configuration and implementation of legal and regulatory required communication within the Content Management System (CMS) platforms to support business needs and ensure notification criteria accuracy.
    • Monitor ISCM request queue for governance of statement content; Ensure proper work queue prioritization and timely escalation of issues.
    • Facilitate collaboration among Statement Operations Team, Divisional IS/Finance and Marketing teams to ensure clarity of direction and proper implementation of message criteria through CMS and the Billing System platforms.
    • Monitor existing reports and alerts to identify criteria data discrepancy issues among CMS and Billers, and coordinate with Statement Operations, Divisional IS/Finance, and Marketing teams to facilitate analysis and timely resolution.
    • Manage bill content database and reporting eliminate or consolidate reports and add new reports or alerts as needed to drive improved quality assurance.
    • Proactively identify and implement improvements to drive increased efficiency and quality of data optimization implemented through CMS and Billing platforms.
    • Collaborate on Content Management process improvement across all business lines for the company. Collectively, the Governance team will be responsible for defining a cohesive plan that includes the design of technology, people, and processes to support strategic improvements in bill content management, including legal and regulatory compliance.
    • Responsible for the identification and resolution of information flow, content issues and issue resolution.
    • Participate in facilitation of team meetings, creation of status reports, and preparation of executive presentations to communicate Governance Team accomplishments, challenges, opportunities, and recommended courses of action.
    • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Skills and Qualifications:
      • Analytical - Candidate must have experience in defining and analyzing business processes, workflows and data using a range of tools to synthesize insights
      • Data Entry Candidate must have experience writing and triaging complex SQL queries, with focus on accuracy and optimization
      • Problem solving - Candidate must have demonstrate the ability to identify key issues, gather data to investigate those issues and develop actionable recommendations
      • Communications - Candidate must possess strong written and oral communications skills, including the ability to quickly adjust message based on different audiences and agendas
      • Teamwork - Candidate must be flexible in his/her work style
      • Tool Knowledge SQL, TFS, Visual Studio SSIS/SSRS, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointJob Specification:Education Level Bachelors Degree or EquivalentField of Study Information Sciences, Technology, Computer ScienceYears of Experience - Generally requires 5-7 years related experienceEmployees at all levels are expected to:
