Job Description:
B Safe is hiring for an Outside Sales Representative in our
Oreland, PA location. We offer a competitive commission structure
in addition to a salary pay based on experience.Position Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative will have solid experience with
outside sales, preferably commercial fire system sales, alongside
strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and capable of
establishing strong customer relations. The position is the
catalyst for company growth and promotes the branch brand in the
areas of installation and service for commercial customers.Duties &
Responsibilities:Builds and maintains a network of sources from
which to identify new sales leadsCommunicates with customers and
potential customers to understand their product or service needs;
identifies and suggests products and servicesEducate all potential
customers on products and services availableDemonstrates the
functions and utility of products or services to customersEnsures
customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and
relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise
post-saleMaintains communication with existing and previous
customers, alerting them of new products, services, and
enhancements that may be of interestMaintains detailed reports of
sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and
any customer or vendor relationship problemsProvides periodic
territory sales forecastsPerform other duties assigned by
managementEducation & Required Skills:At least 1+ years of outside
sales related experience requiredHigh School / GEDBachelor's degree
in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field preferredTechnical
knowledge of fire and security industry, or ability and drive to
learn a plusExcellent interpersonal and customer service
skillsExemplary sales and negotiation skillsIn-depth knowledge of
target market industries and strategiesStrong organizational skills
and attention to detailHigh analytical and problem-solving
skillsAbility to function well in a fast-paced and at times
stressful environmentProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or
