*Role Description:*The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude, detail-oriented, good communication skills, team player, and ready to learn.*Responsibilities*:* Assist estimator with bids, proposals, contracts, and change orders* Coordinate site visits with Clients, Estimators, and Subcontractors* Attend bi-weekly project meetings and provide meeting minutes* Help maintain project specifications and schedules* Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and installations in client's home* Obtain Building and Zoning permits for active projects* Maintain Contractor Licenses* Assist the Project Manager with project closeout, including executing supplier and trade partner warranties, preparation, Operations, and use of Manuals.* Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, greet clients and visitors (shared responsibility)*Qualifications:** Previous construction experience required* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project* Excellent organization skills* Excellent communication skills* Excellent analytical and mathematical skills* Ability to learn and retain information quickly and understand general upstream/downstream implications* Teachable and willing to learn* Customer-first mindset and drive to continuously improve the customer experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearExperience:* Construction estimating: 1 year (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Chadds Ford, PA (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Chadds Ford, PA: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
