Engagement Operations will be a trailblazer in the organization
leading a brand-new team that supports all functions and regions
where HCP Engagements take place at Jazz. This leader should
possess strong enterprise-wide thinking and drive decisions to
simplify and enable processes for Jazz. The Global HCP Engagement
Operations Team reporting to this Director is responsible for
managing and operationalizing the Jazz Global HCP engagement
process. Working with our outsourced vendor, they lead the team
that handles configuration, troubleshooting, escalations, and
overall global operations. The individual in this role will report
to the Senior Director - Marketing and Field Operations for US
Commercial. The Director, Global HCP Engagement Operations is
responsible for hiring and leading a team of 2-3 individuals and
providing oversight and accountability for the end to end process
for internal Jazzicians and the HCPs with whom we engage, ensuring
a streamlined, compliant, and transparent process for Jazz
throughout the entire engagement lifecycle. The individual in this
role will partner with the regional Commercial teams, R&D,
Compliance, Legal, and Finance.This position requires a qualified
professional with experience working in a corporate and/or
consulting setting. The candidate should have a track record of
supporting business decision support, establishing processes &
collaborations, being efficient and effective, guiding team members
through change, and preparing/presenting to senior management.We
are looking for someone who combines strategic mindset, excellent
problem solving, efficienc,natural curiosity, humility, and a
strong work ethic to join our team. The candidate should have
experience working in the biopharma industry with a solid
understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape.Essential
Functions
- Own Performance Oversight and Measurement of the End-to-End
Process: Lead the team through region or functional specific QBRs
and reporting.
- Lead Enterprise Process Changes: Own decision for technology
enhancements and updates and roll-out of Enterprise Process
changes. Help the business make tradeoff decisions to make work
easier and more streamlined at Jazz.
- Align and Enable Global Annual Planning: Provide early
visibility to a streamlined process for annual HCP engagements and
quarterly analysis of HCP caps to drive cross-functional
resolutions as needed.
- Establish Cross-functional Partnerships: In partnership with
Senior Director, own governance of Global Capability Advisor
network to ensure continued global alignment. Own the
Decision-making model for the process, including roles and
responsibilities of all internal and external stakeholders.
- Continued Evolution of the function: drive opportunities for
continued improvement to operating model by soliciting and managing
feedback from internal and external stakeholders, including
HCPs.
- Hire, Lead and Develop Team: of 2-3 individuals. Enable
opportunities and successful navigation within the company for the
team members. Attract, develop, and retain a team of high
performing professionals.
- Be a Strategic Advisor: Help lead the organization through
continued best practice evolution by analyzing operational
performance for insights and monitoring industry best practices and
trends.
- Manage External Vendor: Manage contracts and relationships with
Jazz's HCP engagement outsourced partner, who provides end-to-end
process support, digital tool, and select services Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience with extensive
operational experience with focus on biopharma.
- Partnering & Collaboration: Track record of cross-functional
partnering in solving business questions and ensuring input &
alignment from key functions.
- Comfort with Ambiguity: Ability to work in a fluid environment
and adapt project approaches as internal or external conditions
change.
- Project Management: Ability to plan and tightly manage multiple
work-streams while balancing multiple stakeholders. Be efficient
and effective operationally.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication /
presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate
effectively, and garner credibility.
- Leading a Team: Experience in hiring and leading a team of high
caliber individual contributors.Required/Preferred Education and
Licenses
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferredDescription of

this role, the anticipated base pay range is $216,000-$283,500. The
exact base pay offered for this role will depend on various

candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash
bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in
accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan
