and development services to pharmaceutical, biotech, agrichemical,

facilities across North America, Asia and Europe, and are well
positioned to serve our clients' needs in these markets and beyond.
In North America and China, the Group provides a comprehensive
portfolio of services which include Drug Discovery, Drug
Development, Pharmaceutical Product Development, and Laboratory
services.Position/Job Summary:Support CMC Biologics, Gene, and Cell
Therapy business at Frontage. -Develop client
relationships/accounts and prospects for new potential clients for
the US territory to achieve market position in-line with BCGT sales
budget and financial growth objectives. -Drive, negotiate, and
close business deals. -Recognize and develop opportunities for
long-term, multi-dimensional business relationships/collaborations
with customers. Will collaborate and maintain up-to-date knowledge
of the current market conditions of the assigned territory and
portfolio.Work with internal stakeholders, using both technical and
business acumen, to manage client/prospect requests and identify
opportunities for improvement to increase client satisfaction.
-Responsible for managing the existing business with current
clients and working within the biotech sector in the eastern region
of North America to increase our business and client base.Work
closely with the other Business Development and operations
colleagues to develop right strategies and tactics to meet the
sales targets.Stay current on competitors and competitive
strategies, and provide inputs required for the development of
future service offerings.Roles & Responsibilities:Retain, grow and
continuously improve CMC clients accounts and build strong business
relationships. Manage a portfolio of biotech and large pharma
accounts.Drive Collaboration with business development associates
across Frontage Lab Business to review business and sales data and
provide suggested strategic direction to foster growth.Work with
internal stakeholders to develop technical scope and deliver
proposals that meet client's needs, address concerns, and achieve
objectives of the business.Understand financial goals and pricing
models to prepare client proposal pricing.Maintain territory demand
forecasts and sales data in CRM and other designated
databases.Utilize market and competitor knowledge to identify
opportunities for unique selling propositions and key
differentiators.Pursue face-to-face appointments with existing and
prospective clients on a regular basis and present information as
needed and continuously showcase Frontage technical capabilities.
-Participate in relevant trade shows, symposia, conferences, and
training with other subject matter experts to promote CMC business.
Work closely and align with functions/SMEs for each account.Develop
in-depth knowledge of Frontage service offerings, identify
profitable business opportunities and maintain strong client
relationships to develop new and expanded business opportunities
with follow up for repeat business.Timely update of Salesforce.com
and monitor KPIs.Education, Experience & Skills Required:Bachelor's
or Master's degree in chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutics, Life
Science, or a related field. -Minimum 5 years of CRO/CDMO or
related industry business development/sales experience. -Experience
in or demonstrated knowledge of cGMP and CMC development is
required.Ability to operate in a highly matrixed organization,
securing support from key stakeholders. -Ability to influence &
work with a variety of functional departments and
stakeholders.Possess excellent presentation, written and verbal
communication skills.Able to travel within the assigned territory,
to conferences and to Frontage sites as required to support
client's visits. -Must be energetic, self-motivating and able to
network with business and scientific staff.Knowledge of general
virology, molecular virology, immunology, cell biology and assay
development. -Experience designing and carrying out cutting edge
experiments in virus engineering and cell line engineering is
