• Serve as a key Showtime Enterprises liaison to convention planners and national sales representatives of Bayer, Inc.; prepare exhibit component schedules for national meetings; communicate graphic information to ad agencies; disseminate literature, give-away information, and shipping information; schedule installations; and make travel arrangements.
• Provide a comprehensive range of trade show services, including preparation of show kit forms, tracking of AMEX expenditures, interaction with I&D companies, problem solving, and preparation of billing for client projects. (Bills include production costs, travel expenses, and other expenditures)
• Coordinate activity with Design, Production, Shipping, Accounting, and Engineering Departments.
Key Accomplishments
• Assumed responsibility for Bayer Regional Program, obtaining price quotes, disseminating information to Bayer personnel, and playing a vital role in an enhancement of existing exhibits.

Travel Coordinator/Office Manager (1995 – 1997)
• Personally handled every logistical consideration associated with team travel, including airline and hotel arrangements, ground transportation, and team meals for traveling parties in excess of 150 individuals.
• Accompanied the team to away games in order to facilitate team travel, resolve problems as they occurred, and ensure that travel considerations would not interfere with the performance of players and coaches on the field.
• Served as key liaison to in-flight managers, head flight attendants, catering managers, ground supervisors, hotel staff, and other personnel.
• Made recommendations to upper management regarding selection of airlines and other travel issues.
• Consulted with team trainer on menu planning in order to ensure the highest nutritional value of team meals.
• Coordinated activity with equipment manager in order to transport baggage and equipment to and from airport, hotel, and stadium of home team.

• Ensured that food was properly ordered and served, that passes were sent out, and that Penthouse guests were satisfied with quality of service and overall performance of Eagles personnel.
• Performed a variety of bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including accounts receivable.
• Developed and negotiated incentive programs to stimulate penthouse sales. Compiled information for outside counsel on the leasing of suites.
• Planned and coordinated private parties and other special events for suite holders and corporate sponsors. Maintained full involvement in menu planning, selection of entertainment, and administration of project budget.
Key Accomplishments
 Hired as intern. Offered full-time position as administrative assistant.
• Coordinated team travel to American Bowl in London in 1989 and 1991 and Tokyo in 1993.
