Job Description:
Verint Systems Inc. seeks Support Business Analyst in Melville,
NY to improve customer interface to product support org. Provide data
reporting & analysis required to identify performance opps. Perform process
& tools eval & execution. Requires no degree & experience providing IT
service or support w/in enterprise software environ. Also requires
expertise performing data mining, analysis & data delivery using tools
including Oracle CRM, Onyx, Call Statistics & Quality Center; determining
metrics for reporting ops of support org & measuring
productivity/performance; designing & developing reporting processes to automate data
collection w/in complex data infrastructure; &, designing & executing
structured analysis to evaluate/recommend process & tools modifications &
